Design Students Hold Class In Our Showroom

West Valley College design students gain practical design experience at workshops held in our showroom. They learn about many flooring options available to home owners, how to evaluate what’s the best for specific situations, and how flooring can set the tone for overall design concepts.

“We work with interior designers and contractors; so this gives us a good chance to share our experiences with future designers,” said Joan Slaughterbeck, owner and CEO of Slaughterbeck Floors. “We show them our complete selection of floor coverings—including hardwood floors, exotic woods, laminates, carpeting, cork, manmade tiles, vinyl, linoleum, leather, and green flooring, and we hope they gain lots of practical information during their visit with us.”
